Spring Break is upon us, which means excited kiddos are in the house. Save your energy for activities with them and let Boosh handle dinner.

Not only are Boosh meals easy—just heat and eat—they’re healthy, 100% plant-based versions of comfort-food classics. Using 100% non-GMO ingredients we create dishes that are high in protein & fibre and low in calories & sodium.

Here are some Boosh faves that’re just as tasty as they are healthy—and sure to win over even the pickiest hungry spring breakers:

Mac & Cheeze & Peas Bowl

This is a pasta dish you can feel good about serving: it’s got 9 grams of protein, 5 grams of fibre and 250 milligrams of calcium. Gluten-free brown rice penne is topped with a creamy, dairy-free cheese sauce and sprinkled with peas for an extra hit of flavour and texture.

Veggie Bolognese Bowl

The taste and texture without the meat or gluten, this pasta dishes up 17 grams of protein per serving and only 6 grams of fat. It features Beyond Meat® Beyond Beef® Crumbles and mushrooms in a savory tomato sauce over brown rice penne.

Coconut Curry Cauli Bowl

This’ll probably make it into your weekly rotation since it’s packed with flavour, fibre (7g) and protein (17g), and low in sodium (only 280mg). It’s made with roasted cauliflower & chickpeas on a bed of brown rice & quinoa in a coconut curry sauce, with spinach, carrots and bell peppers sprinkled in.

Mexican Fiesta Bowl

Made with roasted butternut squash, peppers, black beans, and salsa, this tasty bowl dishes up 9 grams of protein, 6 grams of fibre and 800 mgs of potassium. Add chips & guac and presto! You’ve got a plant-based fiesta feast.
