Simple Cucumber Bites

A perfect snack for watching TV or serving friends that is gluten free, vegan and low carb.

 

Ingredients: 

1 long English cucumber (or 4 Lebanese cucumbers for a smaller bite)

½ package Salt spring Harvest Végé-pâté

½ package pulse kitchen Dill Havarti Cheese

Fresh dill (to garnish)

Slice cucumber into rounds, then top with sliced pâté and a smear of cheese. Top with a fresh dill frond and assemble on a platter. Voilà!
